Peek At My Week 12/6

Here are my plans for week 2 of December:
Craft: I completely forgot to snap a picture of the craft before leaving work on Friday. Suffice it to say, it was a tough day so it slipped my mind. I just cut green circles out of construction paper (similar to the fall tree I did here). I cut out a black pine tree background and we will glue the circles onto the tree. You could also do multicolored circles as ornaments, but not all my kids celebrate Christmas so I wanted it to be more general.
Artic: We’re going to do the craft and write words on the tree. We’ll probably use either the Articulation Station or Articulate It apps for drill.
K-2nd: I’m using Winter People Sentences (Speech Universe), the craft, and reading Memoirs of an Elf by Devin Scillian. I picked up this book at our book fair and thought it would be fun to add to my holiday rotation. It’s a cute story about Spark Elf who has to keep Santa on schedule on Christmas Eve night.
3rd-5th: Still using the snow theme from S.A.L.L. Winter, Ten for December, and Gingerbread Language Cookies from Crazy Speech World.
Autism: I’m using the winter pronouns activity, Christmas/Hannukkah books (Speech Room News), No Prep Speech and Language Scenes, and Snowman, Snowman, What Will You Wear? Plus, we’re doing the tree craft.
Two more weeks til break for me!
