My Favorite FREE YouTube Workouts
Recently I asked on my Instagram if you guys were interested in a blog post with my favorite free YouTube workouts. I workout 6-7 days a week (either running on my treadmill or doing a strength/HIIT workout), so I thought I’d share my favorite videos and channels.
All of these videos are FREE and I’ve done them before. I typically keep my workouts to 30 minutes or less, because I get up at 5am to fit in exercise before my daughter wakes up (during the week).
1. 20 Minute Total Body Sculpt and Tone: This one is short, but it packs a huge punch.
2. 30 Minute Total Leg Destroyer: This one will leave you sore the next day.
3. Sydney Cummings 30 Minute HIIT Strong Workout: I love Sydney’s quick and easy workouts.
4. Fitness Blender’s Bodyweight HIIT Cardio Workout: Fitness Blender is another one of my favorite channels.
5. 30 Minute No Equipment Cardio and Strength Conditioning Workout: Popsugar workouts are another favorite channel.
6. HASFit 30 Minute Full Body Workout with Dumbbells: These trainers provide a modified version as well as an advanced version for their workouts.
7. Sydney Cummings 30 Minute High Energy HIIT Workout: Another great, quick workout.
8. 8 minute abs: I used to do this one in college. You do have to get past the cheesiness, but I would just mute it and do the exercise.
9. Intense No Equipment Upper Body Workout: I try to do strength workouts (I’m very bad at these and prefer cardio workouts) at least 1-2 times a week.
10. Total Body Strength Workout for People Who Get Bored Easily: I definitely get bored easily, so I love this one!
I have a treadmill in our basement so I run on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The other days I will typically do a YouTube video. I do have to get back into the habit of taking a day off, but often I forget. Once you get into the routine of working out, not doing it feels weird!
