SLP Lifesaver: HP Instant Ink

Let’s talk SLP lifesavers! One of my favorite things is HP Instant Ink. If you’re not familiar with it, it’s a program from HP that automatically sends you ink when your printer is low. It has honestly saved me so much money because ink can get expensive! I print almost all of my materials at home, so I need something that is cost effective.

The first thing you need is an HP instant ink compatible printer. I have the HP Envy 5540.

You don’t have to have this printer though, it just needs to be an instant ink compatible printer. Then you purchase a plan. I have the 300 pages/month for $11.99. The pages rollover if you don’t use them from month to month. Whenever new cartridges are shipped, I’m charged $12.71 which is a whole heck of a lot cheaper than buying ink cartridges outright.
