Email Templates for Teachers [freebie]

I don’t want to think about back to school any more than you do. But it will be here at some point, so I’m trying my best to get some things prepped to make the transition smoother. It benefits you because I will be sharing a freebie with you!

Throughout the year, mostly at the beginning, you probably need to send emails to teachers. In the beginning of the year, when I’m trying to solidify (haha, like it ever actually stays the same) a schedule, I’m usually emailing all my teachers to get some feedback on the times that I’ve chosen for therapy. Then there’s the emails to say I have to be in a meeting during Susie’s speech time, can I take her at 10AM instead? You might also email at the end of the quarter to get some feedback on John’s speech/language skills in the classroom, etc. There are tons of reasons you might need to email a teacher. So I’ve created some easy-peasy templates that you can copy and paste (inputting names and such, of course).

Note: This is a word document so that you can easily copy and paste.

The following templates are included:

-tentative speech therapy schedule

-finalized speech therapy schedule

-change to speech therapy schedule

-change in speech session

-no speech today

-SLP out sick today

-request to pull student for testing

-feedback for progress reports
