I picked up this game on eBay and apparently it can be hard to find. Never fear though, I found some similar ones on Amazon.

So Hyper Dash is an electronic game. You set up these 5 colored targets anywhere in the room. There are 3 levels to the game and you can play with multiple players. The handle like thing is what you use to cover the targets. Directions are called out such as the colors, numbers or to double tap a target. Levels 2 and 3 throw in simple math problems and reverse, so the student has to hit the target that was last called out. It times how long it takes you to complete a round.
