Today I’m sharing some toys and games you can use to target similarities and differences. Being able to spot similarities and differences is an important language skill. It will help them describe items, compare/contrast, etc later on.

Here are some toys and games that will help you target this:

1. Amazing Similarities vs. Amazing Differences book:

2. Spot It game:

3. Super Duper What’s Different Cards:

4. Spot the Difference Travel Card Game:

5. Super Duper Magnetic Barrier Set: There are two of everything, so you can set up two slightly different scenes and then discussing what’s the same and what’s different.

Hope you find some toys and games you can use!
